No, don't color the person ;P. Excellent idea-New Orleans (Hurricane Katrina shot aye?) Whenever I wear a shirt like this that depicts different meanings I'm always questioned about it, where do I stand, how would you know etc.. To be honest I wouldn't have a clue what it's like. I live up north in the middle of nowhere.. Where I live with depressing views all day and the only real escape is music. Music and the beauty that emanates from it and the soul of the person. $5 + 5 stars. I'd buy. If this will become a big buy between online/store sales, will Threadless give a portion of the sales to New Orleans?

i like it the contrast of colours look great

I like the use of the photo against that background but I feel that those colours relate more to a saxophonist than a drummer.

Thanks for all the feedback, I wanted to depict feelings and emotions a person gets from playing and listening to music. As for the Katrina angle yes I could see this. The photo was taken during Mardi Gras and I'm originally from Southern MS so both whole deep meaning, no matter what happens music and art continue to resonate!

Integrate the wash and the photo somehow- maybe reflect some of the wash in the drum.

Barbeque Bum Fight

It's a neat effect and i like the idea but he looks like he's just floating on the background. Maybe change your colour scheme, add some greys in there. Give this depths.

Love the colors but I would like to see the drummer drawn instead. It would blend better.

Yeah... nice colors but I don't want to wear some random drummer dude on my chest, kthx. What if I run into that guy someday!?
