I think this would make a little more sense to me if the lower hand was actually holding the knife, instead of just floating above it. I really like the stylization, the colors you chose, and the henna effect on the hands, though.

I like the upper placement better, if it's feasible -- the arms coming over and around the wearer are very effective. I love all three of your color combinations. I want to see this printed!
