I like the subtle, shadowy look of the design!

I LOVE the horse, the detail and spirit of it is gorgeous, but the rider just doesn't compare. I assume it's supposed to be shadowy and formless, but it sort of just comes across as a glob.

the glob rider i guess was done in haste, because the rest is very well-done - maybe a more defined young person as the rider would look better.

If the shadow guy was translucent, (which I'm assuming he is because I can see the saddle, etc. through his body) then I'd expect to see the string through his hand.
But otherwise I like it. Who knew that shadow people rode side saddle? Go figure. |

About my design
This concept was directly influenced by the overall theme of "Catcher in the Rye"
A Loss of Innocence, and the unwillingness of most children to make the leap
I hope I captured some of that beauty and I hope you enjoy this 2 color all over grunge print.
