what's the deal with the arrow pointing to the armpit?

the arrow seems really out of place, like it doesn't belong with any of that other stuff at all, and all the colours seem like the default mspaint colours. there'll all a bit garish looking combined together like that
your flowers are nice though, maybe you should concetrate more on floral patterns.
