Tighten up the illustration a bit more. I can see some "chin" showing through. Since the piece is basically the same illustration repeated 6 times, it would be nice if the first bee was as tight as you could get it... Then I'd buy it...

Chemical, I get what you're saying and I agree about that chin thing. I should mention for your sake and for everyone else's that the actual design is a lot tighter and those stray pixels are a result of illustrator's less than marvelous "Save for Web" image compression. If Threadless allowed higher resolution images, this would not be a problem.

More than the pun, I have issues with the copy paste look of it. I see that you tried to make the wings look like they're in different stages of flight, which is a good start. But the design might feel more polished if the bees had different facial expressions.

It's pretty much amazing. Sucks that the resolution doesn't allow the more tight image.
I believe that the repetition of the image actually contributes strongly to the swarm of boo-bees that you are trying to achieve, and don't think it should be modified. |

So it's official - I'm TOO OLD [or too stupid for this.... I thought this shirt was gorgeous and cute, and definitely would buy it, but didn't "GET IT" until I read Littlem's post! And yes, I read everything prior to that. I will go away and blush with embarrassment now....

For the sake of those at Threadless looking at this shirt later. It has 6 spot colors and the print does not extend past the seam (hence making it easier to print I imagine). Thanks everyone who has voted / commented!
