The character is interesting, but i dont think it works on shirt.
But i like the character anyway :)

I like it, but I'm not sure about how it would work on a tee, though.
However I think you should focus on the face only, and cut away all the other crap further down. If you ask me it's a huge difference in quality between those two parts, it almost looks like you've put together two drawings that don't have anything at all to do with each other.
But as I said, I 'm real fond of the face :)

It needs some sort of nose detail because without it she's looking a bit alien like.

I don't think it works very well as a shirt. It has a feeling of not going anywhere with the idea of the noseless girl.
