Yup yup, casettes are common themes of shirts, and of almost everything, but I've never seen those in this perspective and execution, that's why I believe in this.

This is well done(except the spelling error on the "compact casette"), but cassettes with words spelled out in unwound tape has been done to death. If you're going to do something like this, it's going to have to be something much more interesting than just "Play Me". For it to work it would need a twist.

About the spelling error... O.o Wow, it's really f*cked up, I didn't notice, despite I've checked the design a dozen of times.

this is fabulous! both color schemes are great, but i prefer the gradient to the pink.

The rendering of the cassettes is nice, but the tape doesn't look to have any depth/3d perspective and the text needs to be easier to read. If you sorted that out, you'd have a great shirt.

Again about the spelling error, I was blind. I still can't believe it that I did this amateurish mistake! :'(

Tonteau: "the tape doesn't look to have any depth/3d perspective - Yes, it's because it would be printed with metallic ink, and so, the tape is already very thin, that's why I didn't want to add shadows and lights to it and make it even more thinner.

"and the text needs to be easier to read." I think it's enough easy to read it, so I didn't want to make it the design's hot-spot (that's the thing which you look at it first), because it would be the cassettes. Although if it'll be a request, and it'll get printed, I'll rework the tape's shape. .

Well done for a cliched concept. i don't think i'd wear it in this day and age but it's still very nicely spelled out but not without giving the words completely away and yet still looking a bit random and not too forced.

I like this design. It's simple and effective and it works. Good job Chichan. Yeah we have all seen t-shirts with derivative designs but there would not be Apple computers without Atari coming first. To add to the spelling malarkey, it simply does not matter. There are countless mispellings on the high street - in shop windows, in bars, on billboards, yet we don't care about them. I think it adds charm to the design and if it was spelt correctly it would not be your design. Keep up the good work!

Expound? Do you mean market, get threadless to print it? If so, I think you have to just say that it's the only t-shirt of its kind. The one that has the original "Cichan misspelling", just as the statue of Aphrodite is missing her arms, your t-shirt design is missing that all un-important "S", which makes it that much more unique. Its our imperfections which make us gloriously human, I say relish the mistake and make into a feature. Hope that helps.
