The style of this is great. This might sound weird, but I don't think the guy looks homeless enough. His shoes are shiny and his clothes look clean. At first, I thought he was some kind of magician. Anyway, cool, cool style and I dig the text, too.

Your illustration style is amazing.
The one thing that does not work for me about this design is the edges of the newspaper. I'm not sure if the erased edge really fits with the message or aesthetic of the t-shirt.
