Love this! The colors are neat, just not sure about the shadows. I like the repetition of the burst: someone's heart goes ping and the bubble bursts. Nice!!

I get the burst but it doesn't quite communicate. Air needs a less aquatic looking burst.

i would like it more if the "real dog" (the dachshund) had a loner tail and it would help the scene if it didn't look mad and it was smiling because with it's current expression you get a mad or vexed vibe coming from the dachshund :^D i'm not giving it a low score though.
