ok, I just have to respond to NomadSlim and say: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FRICKIN' POPCORN PLANT. The reason it is called "Popcorn" is because (big surprise) it is CORN. Not normal corn...it's a specific type of corn, but seriously...there's no such thing as a popcorn plant.

Unfortunately RagainsT, I was not. I had seen somewhere a long time ago a way for kids to grow their own popcorn plants... maybe it was seedlings of an actual popcorn on the cob. Who knows. But, congratulations for pointing out that I am an idiot.
