I think it would be better for him to have the original gnome hat just lying discarded on the ground next to him, rather than behind him, perhaps? At the moment it looks a bit like he's gonna surprise them with the old hat by holding it behind his back... Lovely and original though!! |

i love this! although i agree with NotJustAPoeticFace - i would like it better if the conical hat were either lying on the ground, or just taken out entirely.

orangehead on Sep 02 '08 i guess that was the original idea. The crit was titled "rebel" but he wasn't much of one, without the hat being on the ground... so i kept it in his hands. (ninety: mischievious was the word i was looking for, thanks :)

FRICKINAWESOME on Sep 03 '08 I do agree, i'd like it more if he had the hat to the side or not at all in the frame and we could see a bit of his face perhaps in a mischievous smile, knowing he's upsetting the world of gnome-dom. Great idea and i really like the clean way you have executed this!

that is how the colors will look. but don't overdo it. if the colors aren't faded... we're good to go. |
