I'm not sure why but I sort of like this. Maybe it's the colors. I like the grass and the bird, but do something different with the hearts?

I love the aesthetic, but it really looks like photoshop heart stamp and grass brush. It's supposed to be about drawing. Maybe sub this as a regular submission? Or go back and draw it by hand without glossing it up in photoshop? If it were a regular sub and not for this specific contest I'd say $5.

I like the idea of something peaceful to look at but, I agree with Janine and joannchilada. Try redrawing it by hand.
