The tie seems weirdly placed for me. And it looks a bit unfinished. I'd work on it a bit more, especially colors, and make it bigger.

Interesting concept but the perspective is confusing. Work on how to show exactly which direction he is falling.

isn't the briefcase heavier than the paper it holds...i dunno... |
