Scoring has ended

"The persistence of RAM" started out as a drawing in my sketchbook, inspired by the song "When They Came For Us" by Shiny Toy Guns... that and a prophetic vision of the coming Robot Apocalypse and it's somber aftermath...



The original sketch was scanned and then LiveTraced and colored in Adobe Illustrator.

Seen this idea i think at oddica.com with a snail in a robot's hand? Not saying you copied, just that it's been done before. Nice robot sketch.

Huh. Similar looking robot, but I wish I could see a larger size. I googled the artist too, but only found a small thumbnail. =(

I don't really like the round bullet head, but other than that really awesome. I like it a lot. Just to let you know how much I like it, this is the first design I've commented on and I've looked at lots of others...good work! :) $
