Nice concept but it would come across better if the line was just outside of the hand, and the drawn line *stopped* where the pencil is. Right now it just looks like a hand with a pencil pointing at it.

You're concept is slightly different. I like it. You might not pick up a high score for it. But if you're happy and proud of it, then thats cool too. Cam™ |

Maybe the outline is too dark? And yeah the line should stop where the pencil is. Other than that it's pretty neat.
