tried to keep with the ornate frame of the dollar bill and the style of uncle sam obviously. and yes in a way its an opposite but not really in another way. some love democracy so much they can't see that he is already long dead and gone. the color is a little jacked because its a low quality gif but it can be any color on any color.

It's a very good print. I think what the rules mean is that you cannot lean toward a certain party (Demo, Rep, etc.). This artist is simply expressing his concept of U.S. democracy.

brobaz, the only rules were to "base it off the concept of democracy" and to not take sides of any elections. I feel democracy is dead and that is still within the concept of democracy. the staff would have rejected it if what you said were true. Thats kinda what they do. :)
