 The other day me and some friends were watching TV, when an aerial shot of a parking lot was shown. My friend said, "That parking lot needs to be de-fragmented."

FRICKINAWESOME on Aug 18 '08 Very cute nerd-boy idea. Maybe give some more clues to the defragmentation process, like a arrow mouse cursor on the front and maybe a 100 percent finished on the back or something, it's a fun one.

i actually think it would be cooler if it was smaller on the shirt. It would be a lot nerdier if I made the point of the shirt more evident.

i agree smaller might be better. i love this though! i'm always using 'defrag' as a metaphor in my day-to-day. usually people just stare blankly at me, no idea what i'm talking about. i probably need nerdier friends...

I agree with FRICKINAWESOME, the idea doesn't show through. It is a nice image without the idea, but with the idea, it pops more.

Thanks guys! Just after I submitted this idea, I noticed the critique area; I'll submit my ideas there first from now on.
I don't think I'll make this idea more evident because it would make the shirt way too nerdy. It's just supposed to be a simple play on reality and technology. |

FRICKINAWESOME on Aug 21 '08 I don't think the shirt can be MORE nerdy by making it a tad more obvious it's about defragging. It's already a defragging shirt and plenty nerdy, so it's all bout refining and letting people in on the joke a bit easier and more interestingly. Doing that won't make it more or less nerdy, just easier to understand and more fun.

whirzle1 on Aug 23 '08 it's be cool if you had the lots labeled "D" "E" "F" - and so on. I don't agree with the mouse arrow/computer imagery. I think it's better if it seems like it naturally relates.
