I don't like the concept or the illustration itself, but I love the style and colors. I seem to agree with against on most things, but this time we're reversed -- I like the idea a lot, but am not thrilled with the colors and style. Looks too much like many of the children's Christmas books I used to sell at my bookstore job -- Polar Express, et cetera. Doesn't go with the concept. |
