you could have just posted a link to this inverted thing in your other design comments instead of making everyone vote all over again.

Final average score:
2.02 out of 5 With a score like that one might think to try a new more universal idea. |
this one sparked so many comments (the first time around). It is nice to see that the designer did not let that dissuade him or her from re-submitting.

Um, doesn't Threadless reject "tweaks" of previous entries? I thought this is what the crits were for, devoid of activity as they may be.
Nice style, but I think the imagery is a little too much...? I mean the Statue of Liberty and all. But I love the paint.
I agree with tonivee, especially about the area around the stars. If the texturing were even more abstract or had more depth, it might make a bigger difference... but as is, not enough change.
nothing wrong with "merican". it's almost as vague a term as "person". i personally find this to be a very welcome change from the many cute-sy designs here.
i like it, and im a cannuck!
the imagery is very nice and i agree, its a nice step away from what is normally found on threadless. 4/5 |
I like the design but I cannot show democracy just by the statue of liberty and the flag of the USA for those who are not americans.
its obvious that most of you dont know what democracy is. i think most of you think democracy IS america. well done...
isn't it disrespectfull to put the flag backwards? the blue patch should be to the right when the stripes are verticle.
anyway, great design. : D i would wear it |
i'm canadian and.......hold on, brain freeze........ only wear things made out of 100% pure organic maple leaves
i'm not too sure about the design. it has nice texture to give it an artsy feel but it's not very original. i wouldn't wear it. $1

I guess if you want to just appeal to the American crowd...
Despite knowing democracy is a concept in hundreds of countries. |
