really like the idea, a lot is going on though, maybe clean it up, simplify a little bit..and i think the skull in the bottom right could use a little work. but like the direction!

Use of space is too condensed. Seems too large on the shirt. Outer shape of design is not well balanced.

the owl on the shoulder, the chainsaw on the back, the skull on the leg, the scorpion in front , the flower next to it, the mask and flower on the head...

Just because everything is where you want it to be doesn't mean it's not random. It's ridiculously random. You're never going to convince someone that this isn't random. If anything the only hope for a design like this is to say that the whole intention behind it is to be as insanely random as possible. It would be great to hear a profound artistic explanation on what motivated this design.
