The colors go well together. Its a likable image, but it couldn't hurt from some small tweaks. One such change you could consider is the mouse's eyes, which seem to point at the viewer rather than the elephant. Also, the mouse's leg gets lost on the chair, so try changing the color to make it clear.

way too big on the shirt for so little detail... you just don't need to fill a whole shirt with a design like this. The concept works, but the size is unnecessary to convey it
