The blue around her neck really impairs the symmetry and the anatomy is off. I see a lot of pop culture icons (skulls, hearts, wings, roses, barbed wire, gold teeth, etc.), but not enough that makes this design unique: an insect, a floating crown, something! Maybe look at some Audrey Kawasaki images for inspiration because she draws a lot of detailed female busts. The colors sort of clash, I would match the tee shirt color to skin color.

The reason I am being so critical of this design is because I really like your style and definately want one of your entrys to win. I love the star on the crown and the skull on the back--so cute!

great illustration but i'm not sure what that thing is on her chest. it looks a patch of chest hair. her boobs are too low. maybe if you downsized the thing on her chest a bit and lift her breast.
