Why a white tee?
It is a nice sketch. The people don't look confused, well, maybe the girl on the left does, but the two on the right just look like they're smiling. The question marks seem kind of forced.
If you really want to sell your idea, it has to be in the people's faces. People can recognize and read faces really quickly so they will see it before anything else you put on the shirt.

I agree with mchera that a color tee would help the design.
A little too confusing for my taste.
