Yea I'd take out the cherry, maybe sprinkles (if you just want more color) or chocolate chips instead. Mmmm, I love chocolate.

It would be awesome if the text in the background was somehow integrated onto the shirt. And just get rid of the cherry; muffins usually don't have anything on them. Love the idea!

Agree with the cherry making it look like a cupcake. I could see blueberries or chocolate chips as suggested or just leave it as is, but get rid of the cherry to imply more muffin. I do like the idea of "do you know him" in there somewhere, but doesn't really need it.
