Your design rocks, but I'll give you a tip about presentation, don't use those awful pre-fab "tee templates"! It really doesn't present your design in it's best light. People would always rather see what it looks like on a real tee, they don't want to have to imagine. I know you have it on a model, but it's very small and also the design looks a bit too "stuck on". I hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of placing your design on larger photos using some real tees to give you an idea of how much better it looks. Fiddling with the transparency to create the illusion it's printed on a tee is also good, because you can see some shadows coming through the design from the shirt. Hope this is helpful.

so sweet.. but why the book seems cut half way?

@ hotandpretty: I wanted to make it look like a ghost costume inhabited by a spirit, so I cut the bottom to make it look like it floats in the air and to make it look less "solid".

I meant a ghost book not a costume ;)
