I'm gonna be devil's advocate with myself here because it's a real nice design, something that the best kid in art school would have done. but I feel as if the precise illustrator line work suggesting homogeneous pantone colored personality-less creatures of immense cuteness is done so much, it begins to be like a joke set up the same way and told in the same voice. Of course this is really nothing any of its artists should worry about it, because afterall people still find it appealing. I guess I have just have to go against my good judgement to realize I just get a little less out of it when there are not boundaries being pushed aesthetically.
