This is fantastic, it screams "All Cultures Of The World Are Bitchen and Should Hug" without any exoticism or patronizing. And I love the colors, the textures, his facial expression.

I like the diagonal composition, the textures, and the variation in color among the raindrops.

I love it, but I'm not diggin the raindrops as they are. If they were continuing rather than stopping at the head dress, maybe fading down but still there...? I'd love to see what that would look like.
