I think the placement is too low on the shirt.

I think you could have the buttons without the faded out background behind them - I don't like that you can see the circle shapes with the faded out edges, it looks cheap. You could change it so, for example, since the shadows are black like the shirt, they just blended together you couldn't see the edge. And otherwise the highlights could be a border of sorts, with nothing behind them. I think it could look cleaner that way.
