As an artist. "Don't Think" is a rule that I live by whenever I start a new project. I find it best to just let it flow. It seems that forcing yourself to be creative only suffocates your creativity. For me, instead of controlling my creativity, I allow my creativity to take control of me. I feel that some of my best ideas come to me when I'm not trying to come up with ideas. "Don't Think. Let it Flomo" is my interpretation of these ideas. Release your inner artist, and give it the freedom to do the work for you.

It's a cool illustration and a neat interpretation, but I don't think the relation to the Lomo theme is clear enough - this doesn't say anything about photography or cameras to me.

If anything... it looks like a bunch of people on drugs.
Which is still cool.

Well here's my thinking: I decided not to do a literal interpretation of the theme because, honestly, who's going to buy a T-shirt with a bunch of cameras on it. No offense to the other terrific submissions for this contest, but if you look at the winners from previous Threadless Loves competitions, the more universal designs are usually the ones that win. It's the designs that embodies the spirit of the theme, but are still general enough to be sold to a wide clientele that are the most successful.

So this was my challenge to myself as a designer: to successfully embody one of the golden rules of lomography and its ideas of color in my design without actually screaming photography or cameras.

I thought I would give it a shot. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. But that's OK. Ultimately I'm proud of the design I created.
