Hideous baby aside, the anatomy is bizarre.... Why do they have three stomachs, two esophagi, no intestines, and no heart? Why is the one esophagus going stright into the umbilical chord? I mean... WTF?

I think it's a cartoonish piece of art...just personally I don't mind the anatomically incorrect nature of it haha.
