The concept of "snake oil" is essentially, products steeped in pseudoscience, and sometimes the occult. Pyramid power, some claims of electromagnets, perpetual energy, crystal healing, all that stuff. Also, I read about how an old Chinese remedy for joint pain is actually literal snake oil, which I found interesting.
The whole thing would be a 6 color jumbo process print on a gold shirt.
