Added a tie and shirt collar to the critique version. Keeping the the vein of my other designs with the simple cartoonish drawings to get across the idea. Hope you like it.

The tie and collar should be above the arms, though. It looks like he's wearing a tie around his chest.

I first drew it without the shirt and tie and I liked his arms higher so I left them there when I added the tie and collar, thought it made it funny since pencils don't wear ties normally so how would he know where to put it. Those crazy pencils.
