It is a seagull. I have the original photo right here in front of me. Hollister didn't invent seagulls. You should recondsider accusing people of stealing artwork before you know what you are talking about.

Dude.... it is a seagull. There are only so many ways you can draw a silouette of a bird from a distance.

Don't let it bother you.

It wasn't an accusation of stealing, it was merely pointing out that your seagull looks very similar to the Hollister seagull and oddly enough is roughly in the same place that a Hollister polo would have it embroidered.
