Excuse my potential stupidity on this, but, isn't it backwards? The heroine is the object of desire, right -- yet she's the one holding the camera.

Well ... it's actually meant to be a double meaning. King Kong clearly desires the young beauty. But she's ready to take one hell-of-a picture!
