Sorry, it took me a while to realise the thing between his legs is a beard. I like the concept and the halftone style, but its hard to tell what the thing between his legs is.

Totally thought it was penis dude. But the overall effect with the half-toning is very cool. I think you're going to have to rework it, but it should do well once you resolve the beard thing.
