Very nice, my only thing is I like how you treated the dock posts more random and subtle to make the teeth, but the balloons are both very obvious for the eyes. They're too big when you think of generic kid balloons and you made them identical in size. I think you could have varied up their sizes, heights and shapes and still made the eye sockets come through. Regardless, still nice.
