nice illustration. As of now, I think the elements that you have going on in the back ground are distracting. I don't like the way that they create a box shape in the BG.
Maybe a careful rearrangement of theses elements would improve the overall look. Have you considered and coloring options? |

I wish it were less obvious that he's Dr. Evil... if it transcended Austin Powers, I'd be totally into it. As it is, it's kind of too much of a movie tee, rather than a well-designed tee in it's own right.

cool idea and illustration. The background elements are kindof distracting but necessary for the idea. Maybe make them a darker color so they fall behind the characters?
