I like it - but perhaps it would be better for the starfield to cover the whole shirt? or at least the whole front of the shirt.

Would be better if you actually detailed it. This looks kinda sloppy and rushed.

LOVE the placement but I'm not a big fan of the colors. Also, I think they need to be individually drawn, not copy-paste, and I wish there was a little more detail in the flames.
