i wish i could tell the two sets of wings apart distinctly... I'd also like this maybe less detail and in meaner colour. nice work.

In the photo I was working from, it was really hard to distinguish the two sets of wings, the way they were positioned-those wings took forever to draw! thanks for the comment ;)

when you're working from references you don't have to copy it exactly to the last detail. you should be using references to help your drawing, but if said photo you're working on doesn't even properly your model, well then you should change a few things, like the wing positions.

I don't really have a problem with the wings and it's a good illustration, but it is a little boring as is. It might have more appeal if it was drawn in a more stylistically interesting way or had some kind of concept or twist.
