Great concept, but the art needs more work. This feels more like a first draft than a really finished piece. I would love to see this fully realized!

ooh know what would be really cool??? if you had the solution to the hangman puzzle printed somewhere hidden and then people could try to guess it... well okay i know that idea is really really dorky, but i just wanted to put it out there

Isn't the deal that the hangman guy appears more & more when you guess wrong letters?

So you could have the hangman there but missing a leg or something, the puzzle almost completed, and a cross=off box of wrong letters..... so as schoog said people could try to guess the last remaning letter or puzzle. Good idea, but push it farther.
