I think it would be kind of cool if there was nothing on the front and that design on the back. Just a thought.

You should submit this to crits and get opinions on how it can be improved. It has possibility, but right now it's not amazing. The blood on the axe looks like it's not even on the axe, just an image over and image. Blood doesn't hang off of an object like that. The front is just a mess, please submit to crits.

backarm and armed are too closely worded to be put right next to one another, plus the placement of the words doesn't really work on the front. I actually like the imperfection of the "backarm" as you have called it, and I agree it would be better with just the back or a nice, clean arm with no tatoos waving hello quite friendly.
