Vector is always thumped by real illustrations.
type the word vector in any image search and you get something like this. placement is nice but its a lazy design |

Vectors don't look as impressive as real illustrations on t-shirts. |

mezo on Jun 09 '08 Don't knock vector art...when done correctly it can be a viable form of illustration and diverse by looking slick or grungy. It can be just as layered as raster art or even a painting. What is done here just shows dated design cliches; with the targets, plethora of cut & paste, silhouettes, and flourishes. Just do research and keep practicing with your medium.

Im not knocking all vector art, i like a good deal of it but i think it works best when worked into an illustration.

vector can be actually decent, but yeah, the circle/silhouette idea has been a bit dated.

It's pretty cool, the only way you could separate this from similar ones if picking a really cool color scheme, like orange and blue or something.

vector art is getting so old and boring, people can make these things a thousand times and they usually look pretty similar. Unless they use a lot of nice colors or something they really don't stand out- sorry

my biggest problem is not so much the cliche as it is your use of space - not great for a shirt, but you could do something else with some revision
