The inspiration for this design came from my Christian background. I like to read the bible and I was inspired to design something in relation to the great book. Some may share my same beliefs and others may not. However, reading the bible helps me become more and more positive. So I decided to pay homage to my Christian faith in at least this way. There are forces in this world that are constantly at work which man does not fully understand. For answers, i read the bible; Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth.

This design doesn't really echo your sentiment, based on your comment. That said, this site is not exactly the outlet for you to share your beliefs with in such a blatant way. If you want to win here, research the current print CONCEPTS and styles. Even the look you have here is so stiff and generic with all the starbursts and weird pubic scribbles in the background.

Quite honestly, before reading this comment I was looking at the design and wondering, "What's with the weird circular sawblade and all the pubic hair?"

I know about Jesus' carpentry background, so that explains the sawblade, but the pubic hair? Does that represent His origins i.e. the BVM? Please explain.

I like your desciption of the design, a lot, but really the design itself looks like a no-bible sign. i would just change the slash going through the front of the bible if possible.

I just don't like anything that preaches to me, because preachiness comes with a side of judgement, and I don't care for that either.

Sikc, the design just isn't very interesting and it doesn't really convey the thought of reading the bible being helpful. I'm not even sure how one would do that on a t-shirt.

If you ask me, the bible pretty much ruined everything Jesus was trying to accomplish.

So when did this become a rating of the bible and not a rating of tshirts? I'm not a fan of the design so much, but I think the concept is good. I think if you had the words "Basic instructions before leaving earth" on it, it'd be better.
