Extremely detailed, which is nice, but a bit too cluttered for my taste. Something needs to be larger to focus the eye in the design... or perhaps the 4 large heads (top and bottom) need to be smaller....

I think if the space was empty behind the centre figure, the eye would land there. Otherwise a fantastic shirt that would make a good print.
