looks odd with the guy kinda floating there. I get that he is being "bucked off" by the ducky but I would probably reverse the positions of the man and the silhouette, making the one on the duck in color and the one flying off as a silhouette in the background... I really like the idea and the style.

I like this, but I agree with afrit, it would be better if the guy in back was being kicked off :)
