the nail doesn't even look like it's in that branch. it looks like it's floating in front of it.
plus why is his tail see through. that doesn't make any sense.

I don't think that the tail is see through, I can even see a bit of shadowing on it from the beaver.

Very cute, I think the nail placement is perfect, maybe to make the tail stand out put a little texture on it. But either way it still looks cute and I'd buy it!

Neat, although I have to agree with NessaChan - at first glance it looks like a gun. But after looking at it - it DOES look like it's piece of wood.

Really ncie attempt at going from a more abstract style to a more comedic concrete concept. I really like all the little details, but i agree with ginette regarding the nail and see-through tail. Other than that, fantastic funniness abounds.

I laughed when I saw this... Those big watery eyes are so schmaltzy I thought it had to be a joke on all the environmental submissions we've been seeing lately. (And I actually love nature! Yay, recycling!)

I think if it was intended to have a sense of humor about it I'd like it a lot more... But seeing the seriousness with which it's being regarded, now I'm not so sure. Super cute illustration style, though.

Its cute, but a bit tree-huggy! At least you didnt go a giant recycling logo, or a tree with its roots turning into a biohazard logo or something stupid. This is 1000% better than those :)

(Sniff, Sniff) Awwww. . . I would get this one; comments about the tail are done, the only thing i can offer is that the end of the branch look more branchy-ish? Like not both ends were chopped off? Because it really does look weapon-ish from first glance.
