I like the image but I wouldn't get it without the title. Maybe you could include it if you put the image on the cover of a comic book titled 'The Adventures of Narcolepsy Man'

B 7 on May 29 '08 I dunno, i really like it how it is. you would get that 'N' stood for Narcolepsy without the comic book title, but the the image makes sense and is great how it is. maybe he should just have a 'Z' instead of an 'N' with no text.

love the comic book cover idea, and while there are other comic book cover designs that have printed this one is still gonna stand on its own.

Have it on natural, maybe? I just think it looks like it's been "tangoed"! & I don't mind people not getting the designs on my tshirts, it works for me just as it is.
