ginetteginette on May 28 '08 the ' R' is visually hidden because it's green, does it really need to be? it would look better if it were just another shade of the oranges you were using.
also, this does not look retro one bit. it looks pretty contemporary, '2005' graphic design 101. it's all just a mindless mishmash of splatters, curlycues, nintendo, peace sign and speakers with froot loop looking lettering. |

Why would you go green with the R when every other letter is some kind of orange/red? I concur, this isn't retro in anyway, it's a mish mash of current cliche designs. |

I don't think the letter font matches the idea of retro well. I find the lettering distracting to the background rather than adding meaning.
