This idea is solid but the skull part isn't working. You can't really make it out to be a skull I fear.

If you found a way to make it look more like a skull, that would be really cool, but right now it just looks like a rash or a stain.

Great idea, but the skull is wrong against the face... why is her... ehm... "nose-hole" one centimeter to the right of her nose and in a different angle
