I actually came up with the idea for this a while back, and hadn't really had much exposure to "There Will be Blood" at that point. I had originally dubbed the shirt "Pink Gold" (which I also liked). I showed it to a friend who recommended I call it "There Will be Gum" which I thought was hilarious. The design itself isn't really meant to be referential to the movie though, I just thought it was a funny name.

olie! on May 18 '08 really cool concept. might have been a bit stronger if the sucker were much larger, positioned vertically and wider at the top on the shirt, giving more of an impression the tiny people were drilling the "land" of the sucker, but solid design nonetheless.
